The truck is said to have veered over the road and out into the shoulder. A police patrol stops the vehicle and the driver, a man in his 30s, is fined for mobile phone use in traffic. Due to circumstances suggesting negligence, the driver's license is also seized. The seizure is temporary. Whether the license will be revoked or returned, is decided by the Transport Agency at a later stage.
