At 20.26, the police are alerted to Oxelbergen in Norrköping, due to disturbing behavior, as a man on the scene is missing clothes on his lower body. The patrol is on the scene after two minutes. There, a man is found, who now however has pants on. The man, who is in his 50s, is intoxicated and is taken into custody according to the LOB (Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons). No crime has been reported in connection with the event.
