Staff at a grocery store in the Kvarngärdet district trigger the panic alarm after a man was arrested for theft in the store, but then resisted and ran from the scene.

The staff claim that the man appears to be affected by something.

A security guard can follow and point out the man for a police patrol that is ordered to the scene.

When the man shows himself to be heavily intoxicated, he is taken care of according to the LOB, the law on the care of intoxicated persons.

It is unclear how the police will classify the incident.
