The origin is that a man and a woman are in the same boat and the man, who is a Norwegian citizen and in the 65-year age group, backs the boat against another boat. The woman tries to receive with one leg whereupon she crushes her ankle. An ambulance has looked at the woman and there is no further need for care. At the check of the man a suspicion arises that he is affected and he is suspected of maritime drunkenness and carelessness in maritime traffic.
