July 15, 07.51, Summary of the night, Södermanland County

Under the night between 21.00 and 07.00, the police regional command center has handled a number of 50 incidents related to Södermanland County. No serious violent crimes have come to the police's knowledge. 

LOB, Eskilstuna: 00.15 the police are alerted to Hamngatan in Eskilstuna where the public sees a person who appears to be breaking a bicycle lock. The person, a 35-year-old man, is found by the police on the scene. The man is intoxicated and is to follow the police according to the Act on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons. It is currently unclear if any bicycle has been damaged.

Drink-driving, Eskilstuna: At 03.30, a patrol conducts a check of a vehicle on Nybrogatan in Eskilstuna. The driver, an 18-year-old woman, is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. After sampling, the woman is now suspected of gross drink-driving. The police seize the keys, as well as the woman's driving license.

Drink-driving, Nyköping: At 02.00, a vehicle is stopped in Vrena in Nyköping. The driver, a 65-year-old woman, is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. The driver follows the police for sampling, and is then taken into custody according to LOB. 

Drug drink-driving, Eskilstuna: At 01.16, a vehicle is stopped on E20 near Kjula, Eskilstuna. The driver, a 50-year-old woman, is suspected of being under the influence of narcotics. The driver follows the police for sampling and a patrol transports the vehicle away from the motorway. The driver is now suspected of drug drink-driving and minor narcotics offense, personal use.
