Police were called to a store in the East of the City area in the afternoon due to a person stealing in the store and then becoming disorderly towards security guards during a confrontation. The man was apprehended in accordance with the 13th paragraph of the police law. He is in his 40s and suspected of minor theft, as well as assault on a public official.
