Police are alerted by a witness that a man is assaulting a woman outdoors in Upplands Väsby. The witness is too afraid to intervene, but a patrol arrives a few minutes later. 
Both the man and the woman are intoxicated and are apprehended with support in the law on the detention of intoxicated persons. 
A report is written regarding the assault.
