The driver of a car brakes and turns around in a meeting with a police car, whereupon the patrol initiates a pursuit.
Shortly thereafter, the private car stops on its own. The driver, a 45-year-old man, is assumed to have been driving under the influence and is taken in for testing. The man is also suspected of driving without a license, a serious crime.
