January 6, 10.00, Assault, Örebro

Under the morning several patrols are ordered to an address in Örebro due to a suspected brawl in a dwelling. At the address, a police patrol apprehends a man in his 35s, the reason being that a woman who is in the same dwelling has injuries. 
Further investigation is initiated with the classification of assault. According to a special routine, a number of investigative measures have been carried out when the police handle an affair with violence in a close relationship. 

The complainant has not been forced to seek emergency medical care.

The perpetrator will be informed of the suspicion and that the prosecutor will be contacted for a report of the information that has been obtained so far. The prosecutor will then make a decision on further detention in the form of arrest or that the man should be released on bail during the investigation.
