A driver is suspected of driving under the influence of narcotics.
A patrol stopped the male driver, who is in his 30s, after driving in Solhaga. The man showed clear signs of narcotics influence and was taken along with the patrol for further blood tests.
A complaint is being filed regarding driving under the influence of drugs and minor narcotics offense of personal use.
