A man calls in and reports that he has been beaten by another man. The identified man is said to have used some form of blunt object described as a wooden piece. This has occurred in Långås north of Falkenberg. The police are quickly on the scene and make contact with the victim who is awake and able to speak but injured. An ambulance is called to the scene and the man is taken to the hospital. Several individuals are checked at the scene. A man in his 40s is arrested suspected of aggravated assault. It is currently unclear what relationship the victim and the suspect have, but they should not be strangers to each other.
