The police receive several calls about a drunk man who is trying to get into a stairwell belonging to a multi-family house in Gävle.

When the police arrive at the scene, the man is found to be so drunk that he is apprehended in accordance with the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons (LOB).

Also found at the scene is a broken glass pane on the door, which the man, according to callers, is said to have broken. The man is therefore also suspected of vandalism.
