The working hypothesis is that someone has placed bottles in a parked stroller in the stairwell and lit a fire. When the bottle becomes overheated, there is an explosion in the stroller. The stairwell becomes smoke-filled and one of the women at the address tries to extinguish the fire and inhales smoke in the process. Otherwise, no person has been injured.
The police file a report regarding malicious destruction of property. All the residents are questioned by the police.
