Police are called to the location where a vehicle is standing in a traffic hazard. At the scene, a suspicion arises that the car is stolen because it has false registration plates and there is copper metal in the trunk believed to be stolen.

The vehicle is seized and towed away from the scene. A report on theft has been prepared.
