Police have been on the scene in connection with several people calling in about a man in the stairwell. The man has been visible in the stairwell with a club in hand when he knocked on a door. When the police patrol arrives, the man can be secured and arrested, the club is taken into custody. No one was injured in connection with the incident.

The man is now suspected of gross illegal threats, gross violation of the knife law, and minor drug offenses.
