Beaten man and fire in basement in Rinkeby.

Police were alerted about a bang and a strong smoke development from a building in Rinkeby.
One man has been injured in the incident and is being taken to hospital by ambulance.
The smoke development makes it initially difficult to assess what happened, but the combined information suggests that something may have exploded and the police are launching an investigation into gross public destruction. In addition, the crimes of attempted murder and crimes against the law on flammable and explosive goods are also being investigated.

The condition of the injured man is unclear, but he is awake and able to speak. It is also unknown how the man sustained his injuries.

The crime scene is cordoned off and those living closest are being kept away to avoid exposure to smoke. A number of people have inhaled smoke and are therefore being checked by healthcare.
In the current situation, there is a fire in the basement, which is being handled by the rescue service.

Update 23:30
It is still unclear whether an explosion actually occurred at the scene. And the injured man was injured in connection with an assault, but it cannot be ruled out that he was also injured in some other way.
For the time being, the categorizations remain, but they may be changed.
The fire in the basement has been extinguished by the rescue service and no further injured persons have been found.
Nine people who inhaled smoke have been checked by healthcare, but are not in need of further care.
Due to the uncertainty surrounding what happened at the scene, the headline of the notice is changed to "fire". The introduction is also changed.
