Patrol has been on the scene at a minor fire in a stairwell in the city center where an object ignited and caused some smoke development. Reports emerge that the fire may have been intentional and after some investigative measures, a man in his 45-year-old age range is identified and suspected of arson. No person was injured in connection with the incident.
