Patrol signals a car to stop on Oscarsleden. The reason is a planned check of the driver's license. The car, however, continues at the same speed and patrol first assesses that the driver does not want to stop on the motorway. When the car turns off towards Långedrag, the speed increases intentionally to flee. The car does not get far before it collides with a parked car on Långedragsvägen. The driver, a man, then continues fleeing on foot. Patrol manages to quickly catch up with him and the driver is apprehended. The 25-year-old man is suspected of gross unauthorized driving, driving under the influence of drugs, and gross recklessness in traffic. Further criminal charges may become relevant.
