The caller has reacted to a woman having blood on her clothes and facial injuries that make her appear to have been assaulted. She is also not allowed to enter her residence.
Both the police and ambulance go to the address. A 60-year-old man who is in the residence is arrested for assault. 
It is unclear if the woman needs hospital care.
