Skönsberg, the police are controlling sobriety on the roads.

About 40 drivers blow into the police's breathalyzer instrument. One of them, a man, blows positively. He is suspected of drunk driving. He is to be taken to the police station for investigation and interrogation. The police seize the man's car keys and driver's license. A report on drunk driving is filed.
