23:24 A patrol officer alerts police after encountering a man who claims he has been assaulted. Two or three people are said to have attempted to rob him of his mobile phone, and when they did not get it, they allegedly hit him on the head. The victim, who is in his 40s, is not seriously injured but is taken to the hospital for a check-up. An interview is held and a report of attempted robbery is filed. There is no suspect at this time.
