23:11 Drunk Driving, Örnsköldsvik
Police checked a private car. The driver, a young man, was suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and was taken for a blood test. A report of drunk driving and minor narcotics offense was filed.
04:07 Traffic Control, Härnösand
Police conducted a traffic control on E4 Lövudden, Härnösand. All checked were without remark.
05:14 Wildlife Accident, Örnsköldsvik
Police were contacted regarding a wildlife accident on E4/Tjärnvägen in Bjästa. A truck collided with an elk. No personal injuries occurred. The elk was injured and according to several callers lies traffic hazardously on a single-lane road in a southerly direction.
Stalkers have been called to the scene. Police are also going there to ensure that no accident occurs.
Update at 07:39: The elk was killed and moved.
05:22 Traffic Control, Örnsköldsvik
Police conducted a traffic control on Myrängsvägen, Gullänget. Approximately 10-15 drivers were required to blow into the police's sorting instrument and all were sober.
Other: Two more wildlife accidents without personal injuries have been reported to the police. They occurred on county road 314 Kölsillre, Ånge municipality and on county road 545 Njurunda, Sundsvall.
