Burglary through break-in, Karlstad
23.22. A patrol is ordered out to an address on Herrhagen due to a member of the public observing an unknown man on the roof of a block of flats. On the roof, a number of storage rooms had been broken into. Something that had also occurred earlier in the evening in the same housing block. The matter continued during the night as patrols searched the area for the person. The suspected, a man in his 30s, could be apprehended (at 02.30) in connection with another attempted break-in in the same area. After a decision from the prosecutor, he is now being held in custody suspected of burglary through break-in.
