Police patrol has been on the scene at the driver who ended up on the roof in a traffic accident. The driver left a negative breath test and there is no reason to assume that criminal wrongdoing is the basis for the occurrence of the accident.

A report of a traffic accident without suspicion of a crime will therefore be written.
