Eight people have been taken into custody according to the LOB (Act on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons). Two people in Kiruna have behaved disorderly towards a police officer and are therefore suspected of violence against a public official.

The police have handled cases where people have fired rockets in an inappropriate manner. A case in Piteå where the rockets are said to have hit a house wall and one in Boden where they are said to have hit a vehicle. Reports have been filed for harassment and property damage. In Luleå, a person is said to have thrown firecrackers from a car at people and other cars. A report has been filed for harassment.

The police are called to an address where a man is said to have hit a woman. The two have had a relationship in the past. The police arrive at the scene and find the parties involved. The man is arrested, suspected of assault and illegal threats. He is later detained after a decision by the prosecutor.

00:12, Attempted Assault, Piteå

A number of people are said to have driven around in a car in the city center. At least one of them is said to have gotten out of the car and fired fireworks at people and buildings. The police are called out and can apprehend the car. Six men in their 20s are suspected of attempted assault. A report is filed.
