The patrol arrives at the address where a man in his 30s has jumped into a taxi and driven away, the man drives into a parked police car that is there for another matter. The police are conducting an interrogation with the victim and apprehend the man. He is suspected at present of theft of a vehicle, gross negligence in traffic and possession of narcotics for personal use. 

There were no people in the parked police car and no person has suffered physical injury.
