We get during the morning alarm that a man has assaulted a woman at an address in Gothenburg. The police come to the relevant address and hear thuds and high voices from inside the apartment. The patrol takes itself into the apartment and secures there a man. He is said to have, according to information, among other things tried to strangle the woman with a bludgeon and dragged her by the hair. The man is arrested suspected of gross assault, unlawful threats and narcotics offense own use. The man is also said to have prevented the woman from leaving the apartment and is therefore also suspected of unlawful detention. The woman is taken to a healthcare center by the patrol. No information about the injury situation.
