Alarm is received that a private car is driving north in a southbound lane on E4 from Mjölby. Several people call about the car. The police come across the car and manage to stop it between Tift and Tornby. The driver, a man in his 50s, is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs, reckless driving in traffic, and illegal overtaking. The passenger, a man in his 40s, is suspected of narcotics offense for personal use and narcotics possession.
