A 30-year-old man is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs.
The police stop a private car for inspection in central Borgholm. During the inspection, the patrol suspects that the driver may be under the influence of narcotics. The driver, a man in his 30s, is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and is detained for blood testing.
