Traffic Accident, Malung-Sälen 10:42 PM

A driver collided with an elk on Rv66 near Vallerås. At least one person has been taken to medical care for treatment. The elk has been taken care of by hunters.

Home Invasion, Avesta 1:28 AM

A 40-year-old man is suspected of smashing several windows of several buildings in Krylbo. He has also entered a residence. The police have been on the scene and are writing a report on vandalism and home invasion among other things. The man has been taken to care for his well-being and the investigation will show what actually happened.

Fire, Avesta 3:26 AM

A villa has burned down in Fors. One person has been taken to the hospital with facial injuries. The police suspect no crime in connection with the fire.

Fire, Hedemora 5:16 AM

A row house has burned down in Garpenberg. It is likely that the fire started in a parked car outside the house. There is no information that any person has been injured. The police suspect no crime.

Aside from this, we have among other things checked four people or vehicles, handled six wildlife accidents without personal injury and handled three cases of mental health.
