Under the night, seven individuals associated with a nightlife environment in Umeå have been reported for minor drug offenses through use or possession. A number of individuals have been taken into custody according to the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons.

A hit-and-run accident occurred during the night, on regional road 363 in Sand, Tavelsjö outside Umeå. No personal injuries occurred.

Police stop and inspect a vehicle on Skolgatan in Umeå. The driver blows positively in the breathalyzer and is taken in for further testing. A report of DUI is filed and car keys and driver's license are taken into custody.
