A woman calls the police and tells them that her husband has beaten and threatened her to death in their home in front of their common children. 
When the police arrive at their apartment, the entire family is still present and after talking to the parties, a decision is made to arrest the 40-year-old man for minor assault, unlawful threats and child welfare offense. 
The woman has no physical injuries that require care.
