February 25, 15.54, Fire, Stockholm

Residents in a multi-unit apartment building on Brantholmsgränd in Skärholmen call 112 to report that smoke is entering their apartment from the stairwell and that they want to leave the apartment. 
When the fire department and police arrive at the scene, it is smoky but no flames are visible. There has been a fire in the kitchen of a different apartment than the one that was reported from, and the 40-year-old man who lives in the apartment has himself extinguished it with a powder extinguisher. He is checked by an ambulance but does not need to be taken to the hospital. 
The police are writing a report on gross negligence.
