When a woman arrives at her car in central Sandviken, she finds a man with a knife in the car.

The man is not supposed to have used or threatened with the knife, but is supposed to be affected.

When the police arrive at the scene, the man, who is in his 30s, is still present and can be apprehended.

He is suspected of attempted theft of a vehicle, alternatively vandalism. He is also suspected of aggravated offense against the knife law, alternatively offense against the knife law, as well as theft from a motor vehicle and minor narcotics offense, personal use.
