An elderly couple, Ella, calls the police after being scammed by a thief who took their gold and disappeared from the scene.
The crime has just occurred and the police are conducting an operation with both a dog and a helicopter to try to find the scammer, but the trail ends without finding him. 

The scam was carried out by the elderly couple first receiving an SMS from a company stating that an invoice was not paid. The couple called back on a phone number mentioned in the SMS and spoke to people who deceived the couple into believing that someone had made a purchase online using their information, that there was a risk of a break-in, and that an insurance company would now help the couple by photographing their valuable items. 

Shortly thereafter, a man came to the couple's home and was shown their valuable items. But when he wanted to leave the house with their jewelry, the couple realized something was wrong but were unable to hold on to him and he disappeared from the scene. 
The value of the lost goods amounts to tens of thousands of kronor. 

Always find out which phone number a company has – never call back on numbers mentioned in unexpected SMS or emails!
Do not let strangers into the home!
