The regional police headquarters has handled around 60 cases between 22.00-07.00 that concern Östergötland County.
At 22.41, the police are alerted to an apartment in Lambohov in Linköping after a report of assault. In the apartment, there is a man and a woman in their 60s who have some form of relationship to each other. When the police have spoken to the parties, both are suspected of minor assault against each other. No one has needed hospital care.
At 22.55, the police are alerted about many intoxicated people at the resecentrum in Norrköping. Among other things, a person is seen jumping onto the track, and then up again. A traffic stop is issued for train traffic. The traffic stop can be lifted after 4 minutes, as a police patrol on the scene has found the person who was on the track. The person is a 50-year-old man who is removed from the scene and taken to another location in Norrköping. Another man on the scene, who is 60 years old, is taken into custody for intoxication.
At 23.44: The police are alerted to a suspected break-in at a business premises in Himmelstalund in Norrköping, as there are sounds of a plate being hit. The police go to the scene and search the premises and cannot find any perpetrator. However, a bag with tools is found, which is seized. A report of theft through break-in is made to investigate the incident further.
