At 05.30, the police are alerted to the area of Valla in Katrineholm where a man is seen lying in a snowdrift. The man is awake, and the police arrive at the scene and assess that the man needs to be taken care of due to intoxication (LOB). The man, who is in his 30s, is also suspected of minor narcotics offenses through personal use, as well as a knife law offense as he had a knife-like object on him.
