Center, police contact regarding intoxicated man who has been released from train.
Police are heading to the location. The man is taken into custody with the support of the LOB, the Law on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons. He is also suspected of violating the knife law and minor drug offenses.
Forensic testing is conducted and a knife is seized. An interrogation is to be held after the man has sobered up.
