An elderly woman has received calls from a person who claimed to be a police officer. In the conversation, the person said that they would make a home visit to the woman, presumably with the intention of acquiring valuable items or bank cards. The police have searched the surrounding area and gathered witness statements. No suspect has yet been identified. A report on attempted fraud is being prepared.
