A man goes home to a woman and persuades her to hand over her bank card.

He has previously called the woman and pretends to work for an electronics company. He also says that she has bought phones from the company and therefore needs to hand over her bank cards.

The police go to the residence and help her to block the cards.

Do this if you have been a victim of fraud
Call 112 if the crime is happening now, or if the police are needed on the scene quickly. If you suspect that you have been a victim of phone fraud, you should file a police report and contact your bank.
