A police patrol stopped a driver for a check in the city center. The driver, a man in his 20s, showed signs of narcotics influence and was taken in for a body search, that is, further blood tests. The analysis of these will later show if he has committed a crime.

A complaint is filed regarding drug driving, minor narcotics offense own use. The driver's license has been taken into custody for the time being.

The vehicle's passenger, also a man but in his 30s, is suspected of minor narcotics offense own use.
