The driver, a man in his 30s, showed signs of drug influence which made the patrol take him in for testing and interrogation.
The driver is now suspected of driving under the influence of drugs as well as minor narcotics offenses concerning personal use.
The test results will show if he is guilty of a crime or not. Driving license and car keys have been confiscated.
