A free police officer observed on Monday how a private car was driven recklessly in central Enköping.

The car drove, among other things, down lamp posts, over refuge islands and in the wrong direction through a roundabout.

The free colleague managed to stop the journey and alerted the police command center, which ordered additional resources to the site.

The driver was taken to the hospital by patrol for medical evaluation. The driver's license was confiscated and a report on reckless driving has been established.

No personal injuries have occurred in connection with the incident.
