Police alarm to an address in Karlshamn municipality due to an assault. 

A 40-year-old man is apprehended, suspected of assaulting a woman who has some form of relation to him. 

As there were children in the residence at the time of the incident, the man is also suspected of child welfare offenses. 

The man is now detained. 

No ambulance need at the scene.
