A car and an elk were involved in an accident near Björnsjön. Two people were traveling in the car, which is said to have ended up in a ditch.

The elk is dead, elk hunters have been on the scene and checked the area.

There are no reports of anyone needing to be taken to hospital by ambulance.

Police have held an interview with the driver and documented the scene and are clear on the scene.
