Police receive calls from a person who has been shot with a green laser in the eyes. The laser beam came from a residential window.

When the police patrol arrives at the scene, the victim can point out which window the green laser is being shot from. There were two suspected boys under 15 years old in the apartment.

Police have filed reports on violations of the radiation protection law and attempted gross assault.
