Disturbance at the bus station
02:20, police are alerted about a disturbance at the bus station in Norrköping, where several people are believed to be involved. Upon arrival, several people are checked. There is no indication that anyone has been seriously injured, but a report of assault has been written. A man who is believed to have been involved is taken to the police station. No one is currently suspected of committing a crime.
Attempted theft at a restaurant
Shortly after 04:00, police are informed that someone may have thrown something through a window at a restaurant in Söderstaden, Norrköping. The public may have heard the sound of broken glass. A police patrol is quickly on the scene and can then confirm that a window has been broken in some way. Inside the premises, a water tap is also found. The entire premises are searched, and no one is left. A report of attempted theft through burglary has been written.
Car fire
04:17, a distress call is received regarding a burning car in Skäggetorp, Linköping. The car is then standing on a parking lot and burning with open flames. The fire department is the first to arrive on the scene for extinguishing. Police have been in contact with the car owner. A report of damage through fire has been written.
Accident in Tannefors
At 05:30, police are alerted about a traffic accident that occurred in Tannefors, Linköping. A man is believed to have been hit by a driver who then left the scene. The incident is said to have occurred at a pedestrian crossing. The man involved is not seriously injured in connection with the accident, but has been taken to the hospital by ambulance for further examination. A report of a hit-and-run accident has been written. No one has yet been suspected.
