A police officer who had just stepped off his shift calls the police due to two men behaving strangely outside a large grocery store in Boländerna.

Several patrols are ordered to the scene and with the help of the available colleague, the two men, who are revealed to be foreign nationals, can be apprehended and checked. The two men are detained and the police begin an internal aliens control.

When the police also find the men's car, a large amount of suspected stolen goods is found in the vehicle. The police therefore decide to arrest the two, who are suspected of theft or receiving stolen goods. The current car and the suspected stolen goods are also seized.

After a decision by the prosecutor, the two men, who are 50 and 45 years old, respectively, are now being held in custody.
