Police, rescue services, and ambulance care are alerted to the location where a loud bang was heard and a fire is reported to be burning in an apartment. A man has jumped from the balcony and injured himself in the fall. The 35-year-old man was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

At present, it is suspected that the explosion came from a powerful firework that has started the fire.
