Police head to an apartment in Vinsta due to a disturbance. There is a man and a woman living together in the apartment, who are in a relationship with each other. The man is intoxicated and is asked to leave the premises as he is no longer wanted on the scene. He is also suspected of minor assault. After a while, the man returns, and the police use a stun gun against him in connection with his apprehension with the support of the LOB (Law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons). The man is then transported to a healthcare facility.

The police are alerted again at 02:13. The man has now left the hospital and has somehow managed to get back into the apartment. The man is arrested for breach of the peace.
